The staff are pleasant, the hotel is picturesque and with brilliant location close enough to the airport or other places, the Ville Nouvelle, and a museum. They serve brilliant food, have a great selection of options to choose from. The property provided a good customer service during our trip. Moreover, you can use public parking nearby. Recommend to stay here...

Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Medina. It was also next to an airport or train station, the Medina and the Mella, and the grounds of convenience.

The location was great and fantastic for traveling around Fes, right by the main shopping area/restaurants, sightseeing spots, and the center of Fez. We had much fun and met affable and pleasant staff, including the manager.

I liked very much the location, only a few blocks from the Medina and souq and taxi availability.
This hotel is a disaster during winter. Almost no heat and no hot water after 10:A.M. until 7:30. This would be a nice summer choice, airy and pastel colored wuth nice pool but in winter,it is a two star hotel at best, with three star prices.

The staff was friendly and pleasant. the rooms were brand-new, equipped with air conditioning and separate bathrooms. - the location of the hotel was marvelous; it's only a 10-15 minutes' walk from the medina. - I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Convenient Location and Beautiful Grounds
We stayed at a hotel in Fez with a convenient location near the Medina. The room was large and the bar and restaurant were set in a lovely garden area. Although the wifi was sometimes spotty, the staff was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. I would recommend this hotel for exploring the Medina.

There was a heating available, and the room was heated prior to our arrival. Everything was clean.
At night it was still to cold because of bad isolation. The staff is bargaining over the price. Hideous!

This hotel was a gem, with spacious and clean rooms. The location was perfect, as it was easy to explore the city on foot due to its central location in a characterful square next to an old Palace turned into a museum. The staff were very friendly, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options with delicious pastries and bread.
Couldn't stay longer.
